The Word Rejoice can be translated to "RE-JOY" or to add to your joy. If you have no joy due to the circumstances you are facing, you can build that up by rejoicing and praising God. We don’t praise God for the circumstances, but instead the praise him in and despite of the circumstances. We know by His Word we are already victorious. God is always there watching over us and if we trust in Him we can overcome any of life's circumstances. The key is to be joyful or full of joy which you can only get by making sure you "RE-JOY" yourselves by rejoicing on a regular basisPsalm 118:23-25
