The favor of God is what all Christians should strive to live in. It is not all that hard to achieve for God loves those that seek him and obey His Word. Samuel had favor with both God and man. Why? Because he sought the Lord continually.Jesus also had favor with both God and man. He was obedient even to his Death on the cross and resurrection. We don't have to die a physicaldeath just to find favor with God. We do however need to put to death those things that do not please God and adapt a lifestyle of pleasing God. If our lives show forth the fruits of the spirit instead of the works of the flesh, we will have God's favor in our lives.
